JSC Shipbuilding plant «Severnaya Verf» has concluded the general agreement with FSUE «Rosoboronexport», providing cooperation in promotion of the plant’s output to a foreign market. The corresponding document was signed by Sergey Chemezov, Director General of «Rosoboronexport» and Alexander Buzakov, Director General of «Severnaya Verf».

According to this agreement the «Rosoboronexport» has incurred obligations for search potential foreign customers for military and civil output of the shipbuilders. This document gives the character of long-term partnership to both sides.

On the meeting of «Severnaya Verf ’s» shareholders, taken place on June, 2005, Vladimir Pahomov, Deputy Director General of FSUE «Rosoboronexport» was included into the Board of Directors of shipbuilding enterprise.
