The regulation concerning material stimulation for professional education of have recently started working workers without leaving the work has been maintained by the order of director general JSC Shipbuilding Yard «Severnaya Verf». The regulation will come into force August 1, 2005.

The mentors’ material stimulation sizes should be determined according to the following:

Monthly – 0,5 of monthly mentor’s salary for every worker getting education for the whole period of the specialty program education;

A one-off reward foreseen for every mentor ,whose pupils have finished the industrial education program and got the traffic status, is equal to one monthly mentor’s salary;

If the results are not satisfactory, mentors are not paid any one-off reward.

The enactment of the subdivision’s head and also the filled in industrial registers are to be basis for reward surcharge. Stimulating mentor’s payments are not included in the normative fund of subdivision’s salaries.

The payment for pupils’ work has been also maintained by the decree of the director general.
