According to the order of the JSC shipbuilding plant «Severnaya verf» director, the commission for preparing the project and making the agreement was formed on the equitable basement.

Employees’ representatives were elected according to the decision of the professional union committee, and the employer’s ones – according to the general director’s order. The project of the collective agreement will be taken into consideration in the plant departments.
