Authorized international organization of certification BVQI presented to JSC Shipbuilding plant «Severnaya verf» certificate for Quality System Management (QSM), which certify its conformance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000.

In 1999 «Severnaya verf» was the first among shipbuilding enterprises of Russia, who got the certificate of BVQI approval for Quality System Management conformance with ISО 9000:1994.

The high-skilled specialists of BVQI carried out the audit of QSM for conformation with ISO 9001:2000 since the 27th of February till the 27th of March 2006. No discrepancies were found. Charter accountants of BVQI notes high qualification of the staff, involved in quality system management, moreover they noted that there are lots of achievements in quality system management at the enterprise.

The receiving of international certificate by Shipbuilding plant «Severnaya verf» are one of the main stages to increase competitive ability in international shipbuilding market and in domestic shipbuilding.
