On 30th May the collective agreement of the JSC SP «Severnaya verf» for 2006-2009 was signed. The agreement was signed by the director general of the enterprise, A.S.Buzakov, and chairman of the committee, U.V.Shushurihin.
The subject of the agreement is mainly the additional (more privileged than ones in the legislation and the agreements) regulations regarding the conditions of work and labour remuneration, social amenities of the plant’s employees and also extra insurance arrangements and benefits, given by the employer.
The agreement regarding the whole questions, except only one question, was obtained between the administration and the trade union organization. The viewpoints of the parties to the question regarding salary indexation are presented in the discord minutes.
